Certifications & Quality Assurance
IncomePultrusion operates a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 principles. Our approach emphasizes process control, documented work instructions, traceable production records, and corrective-action tracking rather than relying on final inspection alone.
In-House Testing
We maintain an internal testing program for pultruded FRP profiles, rebar, mesh, and rock bolts. Tests are performed against commonly referenced ASTM standards and can be expanded when project specifications require additional methods.
- ASTM D638 — tensile properties of reinforced plastics.
- ASTM D790 — flexural strength and modulus.
- ASTM D2583 — Barcol hardness.
- ASTM D2584 — ignition loss (resin content).
- ASTM D570 — water absorption.
- ASTM B117 — salt spray corrosion resistance.
- ASTM E84 — surface burning characteristics.
Mill Test Reports & Documentation
Each production batch can be supplied with a mill test report summarizing material grades, process parameters, and test results. We also provide certificates of origin, material safety data, and packing lists formatted for customs and project recordkeeping.
Third-Party Inspection
When buyer contracts or tender documents require independent verification, we can arrange third-party inspection through recognized agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV. Inspection scope typically covers dimensional checks, visual appearance, sampling for mechanical tests, and witness points during production.
Market-Specific Certifications
Depending on the destination market and end application, we can support certification requests for marine (DNV), offshore/shipbuilding (ABS), and flammability/electrical listings (UL). Availability depends on the specific product, resin system, and end use, so we review each request individually.
